A. This happens when you already activated the license on a dummy/test site or localhost. Let us know in the forum and we will transfer the license to your new site.

This is a server related issue. This happens in few servers. Although it shows the license is expiring on your site on our end the license date shows fine. The license is there to get you timely update and you will get the update as usual. So don’t worry it’s just a visual bug.

Go to Customize > Slider > Slider Content and click the Edit content button to change text and the logo. The Optimizer logo cannot be seen inside the editor because it’s white.

This may happen for few reasons:

• When there is a plugin that tries to modify the editor. Please disable all the plugins and then enable them one by one and find out which plugin is causing this. Report the plugin that broke the Editor in the Support Forum.
• When you have disabled Visual Editor from your profile settings. From your WordPress Dashboard Go to Users > Your Profile and make sure the “Disable the visual editor when writing” is unchecked.

Go to Customize > Frontpage > Static Frontpage and make sure it’s set to “Your Latest Posts”.

Go to Customize > Basic > Basic Style and change the color of “Other Elements Background” option.

The theme has built-in options to enable/disable the menus.

• To disable the Topbar menu, go to Customize > Header >Topbar and disable the “Display Topbar Menu” option.
• To disable the header menu, go to Customize > Header > Menu and turn on the “Hide Header Menu” option.
• To disable the footer menu, go to Customize > Footer > Copyright Area and disable the “Display Menu in Copyright Area” option.

You can assign different menu to these menu positions from Customize > Menu

Go to Customize > Menu and select your existing menu and click the “+ Add Items” button. Then select the “Pages” tab from right. When the tab expanded you will see the “Home” button. Click it to add it to your menu.
